I am a travel agent that needed round trip transportation for a group of 30+ people, including myself, going on a 10 day cruise out of Miami from our 55+ community, Savanna Club, in Port St. Lucie. I worked on the logistics with Dale, the operations manager, who was absolutely wonderful. Originally I had 27 people which would have fit in a their smaller bus, but when I told him about the huge amount of luggage I expected there to be, he told us he would give us a Coach! That worked out well since we ended up with 32. I booked StarWest immediately when I got their quote. All of my passengers could not believe the price. On the day of departure, the driver was ill, so Dale sent me an email early that morning and hopped right in and was right on time. Upon our return, our ship disembarkation was assigned 2 hours later than we expected and when I contacted Dale to let him know, it was not a problem. He arrived by 11:30 and unfortunately we did not emerge from the terminal until after 1:30. I apologized and he was not at all disturbed and said it was a common issue. In addition to all the other great things, the bus was beautiful and clean and we couldn't have been in better hands than with Dale's driving abilities. THANK YOU STAR-WEST and Dale. You will be hearing from me again! I would rate StarWest

Great Service, I would use them again.
Hired this company for 2 charters for a program I was instructing training Tour Directors. Needed a good motor coach with an experienced driver and working microphone.
They delivered.
Buses were early, which is a great sign. Mic worked well, driver for each day (Dale day 1 and Jose day 2) was professional and courteous. Coaches were operable and performed well.
4 stars instead of 5 because coaches had issues kneeling and day 2 the coach clearly had not been cleaned prior to picking up our group (7:00 a.m.).
I have no problem using them again.
