Great Flexibility and Service
Booked a trip with RVP Tours to transport a group of colleagues to a sporting event. Game was rained out and cancelled a half hour before the trip was supposed to start, but Russell and Claude (the driver) were very flexible in cancelling and rescheduling. It's worth noting that Russell was on vacation and was still responsive via e-mail and text. Rescheduling the trip only costed a small fee, which seems reasonable knowing that we cancelled at such short notice. The second attempt at the trip went perfectly. Claude was a great driver. Very friendly and welcoming to our group. The only negative feedback I have is that there wasn't really a contract with clearly laid out trip details that we signed off on as an agreement. It was just an invoice that we paid with a sentence summarizing details as the invoice line item. However, the trip still went well and we didn't have any issues.
RVP Transportation for wedding
RVP were very helpful and at a reasonable cost.
They were right on time. The buses were clean and the drivers very professional.
I would use them again if I needed such transportation.
Given the excitement of a wedding, it was comforting knowing RVP could be counted on.

we booked this company for a coach bus for our wedding to transport some guests to and from the venue. the bus showed up on time everything went smoothly the bus was in great condition and the bus driver was very nice and professional. we were able to pay cash the day of which was a plus i will definitely use this company in the future
Costs were not transparent
While I was thankful that I could find a bus for 25 people on such short notice, the vendor quoted a price for me plus gratuity. When I saw the bill, a 20% gratuity was already added on. When I called him about it, he said it was standard practice to add 20% for "bus cleaning (inside and outside) and a portion for the driver" and that my job was a small one. I said that I wanted to be the one to decide how much gratuity I should give but I elected to accept the total bill. I became more irritated when I was told that I could give more directly to the driver for his services. Again, I was thankful that I could rent a bus within a day but I wish that the gratuity practice would have been more plain to me as the consumer.

classic case of not be appreciated , we were the only company that could provide excellent service to her , we quoted a price plus the standard gratuity and was quite clear as they admitted they accepted, we never say a job is to big or small cause its not .. i clearly expalined the gratuity.
simply the best service ever
we used rvp for a 6 bus charter with over 300 kids, we must say our experience was fantastic, the coaches were on time and very clean, and the drivers were very professional and extremely patient and courtious , russel and his staff are the best and we will be using them again...
