Our church chartered a bus to travel from Miami Fl to Gillette Wyoming.. A 32 hour trip turned unto a 50 plus hour nightmare. We needed a new bus but this bus company couldn’t provide one so we were stuck on broken down driving an average of 40 miles an hour. The bus was full of children, adults and elderly people. We arrived to Gillette a day late in the middle of the night. On the return they sent us an even older bus that was 8 hours late. After we loaded the bus. The owner demanded full payment otherwise the bus would not move. We gave payment, we moved but this bus broke down in Kansas. We spent about 9 hours in Truck stop. They did not send another bus so We chartered another bus from a different bus company and made it to Miami after 64 hours. Atlantic charter bus did not even offer an apology. Their calloused disregarded was appalling! If you use this company, do it at your own risk. Customer service is terrible! They do not have a call center for emergencies. When our bus broke down at 3 am, in Kansas no one answered the phone when the driver called. Both buses that we traveled in had flashing check engine lights. They did not empty the toilets. There was no lights in the bathroom and the toilet could not flush. This was the worst experience ever! I’m interested to hear a response from this company.
