Planned a trip to Washington DC, but had some details to iron out for a confirmation at a later date. Called back a couple weeks before trip with final details. Called day of to confirm final details, had the wrong time but they were accommodating and fixed the reservation. I then verified the details of the trip with them, and they confirmed the details. When the bus was 20 minutes late, I called, and somehow they had the reservation for the following day when I called them the day of to verify information. Unable to find a replacement and we had to cancel the entire trip and refund 55 people their money.

Dealing with this company was an A+ experience from the get go. They responded quickly with a quote, provided the necessary insurance certificate and their driver arrived early, was extremely professional and gave our students seamless travel to/from their destination. Many had never been to NE before, so the journey was an adventure for them. I would recommend MBT to anyone!

MBT from the beginning was an A+ team. Every correspondence was promptly replied to. They were very flexible and accomodating to our requests. The bus arrived early, and we were able to preboard to set things up before loading our guests, which allowed us to stay right on schedule. The driver was very friendly and was "Johnny on the Spot" when we were ready to change locations. The bus was very clean and the rate competitive. Would recommend to anyone with unique transportation needs!
