Customer Reviews
Flexible and respond quickly
This was a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. They were patient while the school was working through paperwork and went above and beyond with service.
Great Driver to location but not so good on the way back
The buses were both great, clean comfortable and in good condition. Our driver to our camp was excellent super friendly great with kids and complimented our kids on their great behavior. On the return bus ride our driver was rude he never gave us his name didn’t ask if we wanted to use the dvd or put music on. When he arrived to pick us up I went to greet him and let him know that we weren’t ready and to introduce myself as well as to offer him lunch and the minute he got off the bus he says “is the kitchen open for lunch” no introduction nothing kind of rude. When we got home our kids were getting off the bus and he rudely pushed them to the side so he could get back on the bus. He had a bag on one of the seats and someone asked if he could move it and his response was that there were plenty of empty seats as we were only 40 travelers. Last thing he did was just leave no thank you no pleasure to have you use our company Nothing!!! So I would use this company again because their prices were the best but would request a new driver.
Well Done
Everything was handled perfectly from beginning to end. Thank you.
Trip to Vermont
Everything went very smoothly. The bus was on time and the driver was very friendly. Our trip was 12 hours in total and the driver was very pleasant the entire time. This company also gave me the best quote and was really easy to work with.
Excellent Service
I would definitely recommend Boston Common Coach. We had an unusual request for ground transportation in Boston and the folks at Boston Common Coach were extremely helpful making the arrangements that would work for us. In fact, I am sure our plans would not have been as successful without Jeanne and George's help. So here is a "big thank you" to them both.
