Nephew's wedding
We used the Coach Company for my nephews wedding transportation to and from the wedding venue. What a wonderful, stress free, super fun time we had! The driver was great and we had a smooth and easy ride. We were given the drivers cell # which made departing the venue effortless. I will be using them when my own children get married.

Our bus driver, Ed, was fantastic. He knew our schedule (which was complicated), he was pleasant, on time, and friendly. The bus was comfortable and everything worked well.
Fabulous company !
For the past four years I have used the Coach Company to transport my walking team for the Dana-Farber Jimmy Fund Walk. From scheduling with the main office to our driver Jack, we could not be happier! Jack drops us off and then waits and picks us up at the finish line. All in all I think the Coach Company is a fabulous company for all transport needs!
Stressful wedding charter
Hired Coach Company to transport our wedding guests from downtown Boston to Danvers in August 2014. The sales agent was very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. Easy to adjust the bus timing later. The prices was very competitive, among the lowest with excellent safety records.
We chartered 3 buses. Two got to the wedding safely. The third was a stressful ride for our guests. The driver got lost. At the wedding venue, the driver drove off the rode, hit a boulder, damaged the bus, and according to our guests nearly tipped the bus over. Needless to say, our guests avoided that driver for the return. I contacted the company afterward, but never got a satisfactory explanation or any kind of rebate.
Make sure to read safety records before you book. Even that won't guarantee a safe ride.

Drivers were patient and professional, bus was clean, administrators were prompt, and responsive. Definitely recommend!
