HOLIDAY IS VERY FLEXIBLE
HOLIDAY IS EASY TO WORK WITH, FLEXIBLE. AND VERY REASONABLE
worst one ever
I signed a contract for one route. The drivers took another route. The trip should be 15 hrs drive. It ends up 18 hrs drive instead. I got charged for 200 more miles but they did not use that route. People on the bus were so exhausted. They told me they agree to pay more for better service. Holiday Coach Lines, Inc. agreed to that but they never delivered their promise.
