This company was stellar in their performance. The driver, Karim Farid, was punctual, had great communication, and was very friendly. The coach was top notch and very elegant with all black exterior and deluxe interior and the driver dressed in a suit.. Oh, and their price was extremely competitive. I would provide 10 stars, if it was possible.

The driver was excellent! He patiently waited for us at my home. We loaded up and drove 25 miles to the venue and it was a smooth ride. He was very helpful. The 14 passenger van was very clean and had water on ice. Overall great experience.

The only thing that would have made this experience better is if they had handles in the ceiling or poles in the middle of the bus so that we could stand and dance while in motion. although that might be illegal, but it is a party bus.

This company provided exactly what we needed. Since the 8th grade class was so small, we needed a company that would be able to provide a bus that fit our needs. The 24 passenger bus was perfect. The ride was comfortable and everyone had room. Moreover, compared to other companies, the cost for the service was reasonable. Although we did not use it, there is space above the seats to use as storage which is great when bringing items like bags/backpacks.

On our trip to the Port of Tampa, we had a lovely bus and excellent driver... very personable and helpful since we had two wheelchairs and lots of luggage.

The return bus wasn't quite as nice although it was still OK. The driver loaded everything well, but when we got back to our destination he asked for a gratuity, which had been included in our payment. I believe he knew this.

But in general Olympus was a good company and I would deinitely use them again.
