Transportation and Communication
We used Florida Bus Service this past weekend for an event. There was an accident that prevented the bus from arriving on time. We understand those circumstances are out of their control. We called and finally got a hold of someone who informed us they had called, but they didn't leave a voicemail with any of the information regarding the delay with the bus. The bus arrived to pick us up two hours after the original pick-up time. Once the driver arrived, he did not apologize for being late. We tried to communicate with the bus driver, but he didn't respond. We got lost going to one of our destinations and arrived an hour after we were supposed to be there. The driver ran over multiple medians and merged into a lane with a car beside him, almost causing a wreck. I'm disappointed with the customer service from Florida Bus Service, and we will not be using their services in the future.
