A truly happy bus!!!
I have been a tour organizer for 15 years and had worked with few different companies. Happy bus always put a smile on my face, they are always on time and friendly. The name of the company matches with their service, it truly is a happ bus.
More than delited with service!
We hired this company for two days to move 150 of our employees from very early in the morning to late after dinner hours. We needed a reliable company because we were having high ranking executives visiting us from out of state and we were a little nervous. Fortunately this company met all our expectation and more. They were at pick up point earlier than required, the buses were very clean and well maintained and the driver was a delight! Funny, polite and punctual! As he drove us from place to place we started to relax and to enjoy the gathering. We would hire this company again without a doubt.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
The bus had literally no AC. We asked the bus driver who actually looked kind of drunk to raise up the AC and he just ignored us. We had people having anxiety attacks & fainting. THEY ARE CHEAP & SO IS THERE SERVICE!

We have been working with this private School for the last three years. On this particular trip, we have a three bus
move to Legoland Florida. One of the coaches air conditioning needed a little more freon in the system. It was working,
it was the beginning of summer time. ( Some times buses A/C needs to be recharged right before summer times hit us )
There where more then 300 people, kids and adults. She was the only person complaining about the head in the bus.
In a later day we found out, this person is related to some one who works for another of our bus company's competitors.

Visited Orlando with a large group of friends and family, Happy Bus was the best choice. Mr. George give us a goid service. Always on time, very professional, really nice and very patient. Also Santiago was really nice. At a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend this company.

Lackluster Experience
Older bus, sleepy, not well dressed driver, bus had a moldy smell, bathroom was unable, players had to talk to driver to keep him awake. I would not recommend this company for use.

This trip was hired by a Daytona girls football Coach. He give us a bad check from the beginning of the trip knowing
he had no money in the bank. So, he started complaining about the bus and driver. We took him to court in Daytona.
We have the paperwork to prove it. the court made him paid us the trip and all the court fees and our expenses also.
Thank you legal system !...
