The Best
I used American Motorcoaches for a school trip from South Florida to Universal Studios. The overall quality of the service was outstanding. We had no problems dealing with the drivers and there were no issues with the buses. We arrived at our destination on time and departed on schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I'd recommend American Motorcoaches to anyone looking for great bus services!
Best Tour Ever
I'm from Miami and went on a girls trip to New Orleans and it was great. The bus was clean and the air condition was the perfect temperature. The bus driver had a great attitude and was very friendly. This was our first tour and I would definitely go again. Hope to do more internal futurism with you guys. Thank you
My riding experience
I had a great trip, i am completly satisfied with the service and recommend American Motor coaches. The bus is superb the driver is bilingual and seems to have lots of experience with the costumers and the route.

The Worst
The driver wasn't just late...he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. The Emergency Contact number went to a man who actually argued with me about calling a new driver in. From the moment I called these guys, I got a bad feeling as they kept responding with forms that say "no phone calls". English is very much the second language there.
They were a complete disaster. Stay away.
Sun'n Fun Trip from Melbourne
30+ passenger trip from Melbourne to Lakeland. Pros: Good price, employees were kind and willing to help. Cons: Driver was late, not enough seat in the bus (due to an error in number of passengers). Service was overally satisfying.
