With a signed contract, canceled bus service at 5 pm on a Friday evening, with our bus service to start at 12:30 am Saturday, canceled service by text (no business skills), wouldn’t answer phone when we called, lost money in process as we prepurchased tickets at our destination. Requested for owner Jim Vanegas to give a call, to date haven’t heard from him. We charter a bus service every week, have never been so disappointed in our lives. Please do your due diligence and go with another reputable company. We will make sure our over 1 million listeners and 2 million followers know that Colbus is the WRONG bus company to use. A word to the wise, if you book with them, make sure to have a backup company waiting!

Took this bus company to Disney with 150 girls, told them we wanted to get on the buses starting at 11:50 and leave by 12:15 the latest. Bus did not show up til 1am as we sat stranded outside a closed amusement park. Absolutely awful experience, driver was not nice on the phone during the experience and management was unhelpful.

Our driver had very bad time-management skills. He arrived 30 minutes late to pick us up from our location and was 45 minutes late picking us up the next day from our hotel. It really messed with the schedule of our event and it was disappointing for the group. I was able to get in touch with him to see where he was. The bus itself was not the most beautiful, but it was fairly clean and did the job we needed.

I booked a minibus to transport guests to my wedding venue from the hotel which was about 3 miles away. I was given a contract for 5 hours with unlimited trips. The guests were to be picked up at 5:30 for our 6:00 ceremony. My step dad was at the hotel to make sure everything ran smoothly. When the bus had not arrived at 5:40, he called the company and was told they has no record of my reservation. I called with the invoice number and was told the driver was outside and given his number. He did not answer my call and I had 20 people looking for him at the hotel. My step dad ended up having to pay for cabs to take everyone over. When I finally got a hold of the driver he was rude, as was the contact at the company. They made no effort to help us and all of those guests were late for the wedding. They refuse to refund any of my money and continue to be rude. Do not hire them.
