Multple Issues...
We paid in full up front for charter services for (3) 50+ seat buses. We realized that we would not be able to fill all 3 buses. I called GTS and they agreed to give me two smaller charters 40 seaters and 1 full size charter and process a refund of the balance $300. I did not expect them to be so accomodating and I was extremely pleased. However, on the day of the trip one of the buses was an hour late. The buses were not new, the DVD player on a bus we assigned to our children did not work. The driver did not know how to work the DVD on the Adult bus, the driver talked on his cell the entire trip. Traffic was horrendous coming down from the mountain causing us to get back late. We were not credited for the hour that the driver was late. They kept our refund of $300 w/o explanation or prior notification prompting us to investigate and refuses to refund our balance or any portion thereof. Only offered future tranportation services as a discount. I would never use this them again.

The transportation arrangements worked out very well. It was tight to fit in luggage and musical equipment into a minibus, but besides that everything went very well.
