From Kuala Lumpur to Masai trip
I m really mad on this bus conpany, my ticket is from KL to Masai , they will stop at Larkin first, but they just say something wrong with the wheel and stop at Larkin. I have to spend extra money and ride a normal shuttle bus to Masai. Really big difference between the long trip and short trip bus. Negative 10 stars given if available
Good service for my group
Eagle express provide my group extremely good bus service. The driver is very professional and the bus is really clean and new. We are so happy during the whole tour.
I made the right choice!
I received many quotes triggered by BusRates.com. I placed all the info on a spreadsheet so I could compare apples to apples. And among those that met our needs and budget, I chose Eagle Express. There were others that were a match but what separated Eagle Express was Mr. Jerry Sun and Evelyn Lew. They were pleasant and friendly, efficient and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They just gave me that feeling that they were pleased to do business with me and that made the difference for me. The bus was beautiful, the driver was most helpful. I would do business with them again without any hesitation. Thank you!
Horrible!! Will never use again.
First of all, driver service was horrible, no English hard to communicate. Very dirty busses, looked like no one had cleaned it. The drivers kept demanding tips or they would not do service. Price was expensive, but no good service. Next time will NEVER use this company.
