27-seat Luxury Coach
We had a great experience basically ever step of the way, starting with Darren while setting up the trip reservation. We had some changes to the event - he quickly and graciously let us downsize the rental from the 51-seater to the 27-seat bus. The driver (Gloria? I believe that was her name) was fantastic, so friendly, and helped us troubleshoot when the sound system in the bus couldn't connect via Bluetooth or USB. We decided to just switch to the radio and had no issues there. Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze, and the bus looked exactly as expected inside. Would definitely book with Sunset again if we have another event in the area.
St. Patrick’s Day weekend transport for a bagpipe band
I put in an initial request and then had to update it. This company was fantastic in dealing with our changing schedule and ultimately hauling our bagpipe band all over the Denver metro area for St. Patrick’s day weekend!! We had 2 different drivers for the 2 days we needed transport and both were extremely courteous and professional in dealing with our entire band. I would highly recommend this company if you need transport, especially for a large group, in the Denver metro area!!

Good all around
Driver was on time and great to work with. Trip went smoothly and was on schedule. We used for a company outing, no issues.
Just OK
They driver arrived on time, but the van was pretty gross. Missing back speakers and candy wrappers, etc strewn about. Driver did not know where the destination was and was driving while getting directions on his phone. Eek!
Once we discovered the original destination was an incorrect address and had to be taken elsewhere, he was kind enough to do so for us without any hesitation.
Overall, satisfied that we made it there and back in one piece. Would have preferred a little more "class"
