DBS/Grace Coach Lines were wonderful to work with through our process. Phyllis was my contact and was very patient with all of my questions leading up to the 3 day event. The bus drivers were great and everything went off without a hitch. We are grateful for the professional manner in which everything was handled, and will definitely look into using their services again.

FIRST Robotics Championship
We used DBS/Grace Coach Lines because their bid for our trip to St. Louis came in much lower than other charter bus companies. I was a little apprehensive because the bid was so much lower that we might not get the quality of service to which we were accustom. Those concerns were completely unfounded. Their customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, their drivers were great and took a real interest into what the students were doing and how the team was performing at the event. We have taken this trip many times in the past and have had good and bad experiences with the different charter companies we have used this was one of our best experience.
