MLAKER

The bus delivering guests to our wedding arrived at the venue at 4:06 for a 4:00 service. The bus contained a third of our guests. I was informed this was because the driver got lost on the way to the venue. Additionally both my wife and her father had communicated to the company that a specific entrance needed to be used by the bus due to the setup of the venue but the driver disregarded these instructions.
I contacted Mlaker by email to let them know we were disappointed, especially since they charged a higher price than the other bus companies we looked at, and their service was lacking. They never responded.

By far and away the worst company I have dealt with attempting to organize shuttle services. Initially, Mlaker contacted me with a quote for services on my requested date indicating that services would cost $550. When I contacted Mlaker to accept their quote, I was told that the quote was mishandled and that an additional $100 would be added. Mlaker then told me that they would need 1 day to update the quote. I contacted Mlaker two days after our initial discussion and was told that they had updated the quote, but were unable to send it to me because the dispatcher was out of the office. (Not sure why this would impact how a quote is delivered). I called back after 2 more days and was then told that Mlaker had no availability on the day I requested. After explaining my dissatisfaction I was then told, "Well go do what you have to do." In short, I was given the run around by a company that has deplorable customer service. I would never recommend Mlaker.

We had a great experience taking customers from Pittsburgh to Cincinatti for a work function. Terry the driver was professional, courteous and on time.

My son's baseball team was in the Pittsburgh area for a tournament and we needed a bus to take the boys and their families to a Pirates game. I submitted a number of requests through busrates.com and within minutes received a response from Mlaker. We're from Canada, so planning this trip from a distance, not knowing any of the bus companies, could have been scary. But the team at Mlaker were reassuring and answered all our questions. The driver showed up on time and was a great host. I would definitely recommend Mlaker to others.

I Called and they got me a price right away and the service was above all my expectations. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service couldn't be any better
