Melard Coach the Best
Melard Coach service was the best and easiest to work with of any bus company we have ever used. They answered our emails quickly and were ready to pleasantly make changes as needed. The cost was very reasonable. The driver was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and at our service over the 2 days that were involved in our excursion. I would highly recommend them for anyone and we plan to use them again as the need arises. Thank you Melard for a great experience!
faulty control switch
This past weekend while riding on one of your coaches in OH the unit windows fogged up dangerously. One gentleman in our group investigated and found a faulty control switch. The driver had to drive with fogged up windows after dark on narrow roads. It felt very unsafe. I suggest this be repaired before there is an accident and someone sues your company for neglence.
