Leduc Bus Lines Ltd.

It was our 48th reunion and 12 of us plus our partners , all aged about 69, asked to be taken from Ottawa to Wakefield Mill to a restaurant and back.
Our driver, Jean-Guy, was excellent. He was on time, polite, helpful, willing to alter the timings of our itinerary.
We all loved travelling in a school bus again.

The driver, Marc, was very personable, professional and obviously a great driver.
Leduc had an itinerary template and examples which really helped me put mine together. Bus was clean and well cared for.

We used Leduc Bus for my sons 8th birthday party. The quote was very prompt and when I called to book everyone was extremely helpful. The bus showed up on time, and was immaculate. The driver was super nice and friendly! My son, 15 of his friends and their dads rode to a 67s hockey game together and are still talking about how much fun it was! My son was given the opprotunity to meet a player after the game, as a result the group was slightly late meeting the bus at the designated time/location. My husband was stressed about this until they got to the bus and the driver fully understood and welcomed them all back onboard. Overall it was a fabulous experience and we would recommend Leduc to our friends (and have already!) We will use them again for future events!
The rate was reasonable, they were reliable, professional and very nice.

Bus arrived on time for pick up and was there when we were ready to leave. Bus driver was courteous and accommodating. She drove very well and took a great route to avoid traffic. The bus was very clean and comfortable.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Leduc Bus Lines.
I hired a Sprinter Bus for our organization's board meeting for two consecutive days at the end of June.
Within the first day of submitting my request to Busrates.com, the Operations Coordinator, Mr. Savage, came back to me with a very detailed quote including prices and pictures of the vehicle. All throughout the planning stages, Mr. Savage provided an outstanding service both in efficiency and friendliness. He was also very flexible with last minute changes.
I also highly recommend our driver, Mr. Valois. He went above and beyond by offering to keep our members' luggage in the vehicle to facilitate their transit to the airport after the meeting. He kept true to the schedule despite dealing with all downtown being blocked by the 3 amigos summit, very impressive!
All this for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Leduc Bus Lines!
