Outstanding service!
We used L&M during a school group visit to New York City and haad a wonderful experience. We were always picked up on time, our drivers were always kind and helpful (especially Peter), the busses were cleaned and well-maintained and they were wonderfully accomodating in modifying a pick-up time when needed.
Bus trip To & From Cruise Terminal
They did an OK job as far as getting luggage on the bus. Someone forgot to empty the luggage department and we had to put some of the luggage on the bus. The bus driver was great and the bus was on time.
Wonderful Service
Our company was very pleased with the service from L & M Tours. The sales rep was extremely helpful and friendly while scheduling our reservation. Our driver arrived on time and got us to our destination promptly. He was ready to go when it was time for us to leave, and got us back safely as well. Exceptional service on all fronts! Unprofessional
The owner is hard to reach and does whatever he likes including giving the bus away to somene else while negotiating a contract and doesn't tell you until you have sent the check in the mail and you happen to call him to see if he received the check yet.
School Staff
Bus showed up on time. Very easy to contact the company prior to the trip. I spoke to several other companies. L&M gave us the best price.
