We were very delighted with the cleanliness of the bus and how polite the driver was it was a great trip
Excellent Service
This is the first time I have used Brownin Transportation Inc., I contacted them to get a price of a corporate trip, their staff were professional, the price was great. On the day of the booking, the driver arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous and was knowledgeable of the itinerary. The bus was in excellent condition, had everything that one would need and it was comfortable.
Overall this was an excellent experience and I am glad I chose Brownin Transportation Inc for my business needs.
Professional and affordable
Great bus company to deal with. I had to wait for a school to process the monetary transaction. While waiting for a long time and I had to meet the deadline, Brownin called me and asked me when they were to receive the deposit. I guranteed them the deposit by the end of the week. I ran around my school's financial office, mailed the check express, and then made sure they received it. They received it and set me up with the bus driver only one business day before the trip!
It was a pleasure working with them! They're flexible, professional and affordable (all taxes, tolls and services were included in the bus fare).
The buses were very nice and comfortable.
Only wished they would have called me when they switched my bus driver last minute but that's okay. I'm glad they were able to respond to my call on a Sunday Holiday night!

Bus rental disaster
I hired this company to take my party of 32 people to NYC for a holiday event. The bus broke down 5 miles from my house. It took over 1 hour to get back to my house. The bus company did not send another bus once they heard of the problem and they wanted to partially charge me for the day. I will not use this company again. This was the first time in 5 years we did NOT go to NYC for our holiday event because of the incompetence of this bus company. The drive experience difficulties with the bus when he picked it up. Poor customer service

Our company sent a new bus to this customer. The bus waited and idled for 48 minutes before the group was ready. On the way to NYC the bus lost power. After 30 minutes of waiting for the back up bus to arrive, the group asked to be taken back to their home because they left late to begin with. The FULL cost of this trip was refunded to the client immediately. Timing is very important in planning a trip. When you plan, please also take into consideration that a breakdown can happen. Do not expect that there is another bus following behind the one that you hire incase there is a problem. We took full responsibility and refunded the client.
