No air conditioning, no warning
I booked Divine charter for a wedding. The bus air conditioning was broken, and the company gave no warning, but they still used the bus to transport my guests to the venue 45 minutes away. It was a miserable ride for guests, and fortunately there weren’t any medical issues. I emailed the day after to ask how they’re going to make this right, and still no response, which doesn’t seem to make them think this is an important issue.
