Great reunion
Our family reunion went very smoothly using this company that provided a quote within HOURS of my request, showed up on time, drove very safely, and management was great when I had a questions about the bathrooms and called me right away to clarify. Everyone had a terrific time and wants to use them for our next reunion.
Outstanding Customer Service
This past weekend we rented a bus for our wedding and used it for shuttling our guests to and from the Resort to reception. Could not be happier with everything, from booking to the driver to the bus itself, everything was superb! Great job JET!!
Large Bus Move
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Jet Limousines & Transportation! From the start, this was the best team-I've been apart of. I'm always very hesitant when working with new companies because you just never know what can potentially go wrong. So I'm very happy that Sonya and her team, Mary Ann and GW, were able to put together this fantastic multi bus move. Sonya really understands how to bring everything together, from the initial planning stages to the introduction/start of the of the trip + during the event and bringing it all together at the end.
They're all very professional and have a lot of experience in this. The bus drivers were nice and courteous and seemed to enjoy driving, although it was a long day. There was a miscommunication with one of the locations we were supposed to stop by at, but the bus driver was very professional and had an alternative option (which turned out to be an even better stop). Everything still went smoothly, I can't imagine how much more perfect the day could have gone.
Last Minute Trip
My grandmother passed away and the funeral did not confirm the limo to pick us up and transport us to the church. The funeral director called Jet Limo to see if they could provide us with anything the last minute. The company had the vehicles but didn't have a driver. But the dispatcher, somehow was able to come pick us in a brand new limo sprinter and transport us. The professionalism and the courtesy were way above and beyond I would have expected. For any future transportation I will use them. Thank you Jet!
Professional & Curtious
Wow, truly the nicest, fanciest bus I've ever been on. The inside is clean & new (even has the new car smell) and is as nice as the cabin of a airplane.
This is my first time using Jet, so I'm so glad I made this choice. I will continue using them in the future.
