Delta Charter Bus

We have contacted Delta earlier this year, in March, for a tour starting in July in San Francisco. We were granted a luxury coach; on the 27 July, the coach proved to be a 2006 old coach, extremely dirty, old, torn, with pieces falling of the ceiling, microphone not working. We have requested the company clarifications - for them, that was a luxury bus which they would not replace!!!!!!! We have later agreed to replace the bus with an extra fee, but the company didn't even know where our group was, so we ended up with the same bus as the replacement one was too far away!!! We had to find another provided, from Europe!!!!, as Delta "tried" to find another one for us for about 1 hour and in the end told us we had to find another coach ourselves. Extremely bad service, old bus, microphone not working. Do NOT use their services!

My church group recently chartered a bus from Delta in order to get to a wine tasting in Tahoe, and we were very happy with the results!

The trip itself from Sacramento to Tahoe was not that long, but we were still impressed with the price that we were quoted. After a bit of shopping, we decided to go with Delta, and although we found some older reviews online that made us weary, our experience was great.

Our driver, Barb, was excellent,and the bus that showed up was clean and comfy. Couldn't ask for much more!

We took a group of friends and our kids on a trip from Modesto to the exploratorium in San Francisco. We used Delta for the bus, and it worked out great. Our driver Nancy was perfect and knew exactly where to go to drop us off and was on time for everything. Everything was easy which is not always the case with bus companys. Thanks Nancy and Delta!

We wanted to thank Tracy for such amazing service to the Ca Academy of Sciences. We enjoyed your prompt and professional services and we are glad you got to explore the museum a bit with us. We look forward to riding with you again!

Delta did a fine job and would recommend them to anyone. The only issue was the bus parking, since they needed to park near AT&T Park in order for the riders to get back on the bus after the baseball game (the roads after the game would prevent the buses from leaving the immediate area and then come back since the roads are essentially one-way out of the area), so I had to pay $250 to allow them to park where I needed them to park for the riders to be able to walk to board the bus after the game. They never mentioned if the parking fees where included or excluded.
