I will be booking them. I got a quick reply from them, with detailed answers to my questions. They offered me different ways to get in touch with them and they have sent me follow-up messages. You can tell a lot about a company by how long it takes them to return calls and if they answer your questions in a direct manner. Planning events can be stressful and taking on responsibilities for safe transportation of your guests can be worrisome. I feel at ease using them to be an efficient and responsible company...based on their diligence and willingness to be available for questions and also their advice on what is needed to make our event a good one. claudette
