Great Bus Trip with D&F Transportation
We needed transportation for over 325 people, though we did not know how many this number would be at the start of our contract request. D&F allowed us to increase from 2 buses to 3, 4, then 6, all the while adjusting other D&F schedules to keep their other clients happy and keep our rental contract affordable. Initial buses arrived 15 minutes before their contract time of 4:00 AM, buses were clean, drivers were courteous, professional and friendly, joked with the passengers prior to the trip, met all timetable and mid-trip stop/rest requests, maintained their departure and return time arrivals, and most of all, the ride was so comfortable, so quiet, and such a pleasure. While we were travelling 65-68 mph, it felt more like 25 mph...so smooth. Nice to have a comfortable on-board toilet facility and on board wifi. Would rent from these folks again in a minute. EXCELLENT. D&F employee, Rich Swanson, managed all the contract arrangements and maintained communication channels with our group. Driver "Angela" kept passenger folks appraised of bus move locations while at the destination site in case anyone desired to return to the parked bus, which was moved to new locations by on-site management personnel for order at the event we attended.
