Business Charter
I was very disappointed in the outcome of this trip based on the service provided by City Links. I was expecting the driver to be punctual (was late every day), mechanical issues to be addressed in a timely manner. Only positive is that I did not pay tip to driver. Detailed summary of issues have been submitted to City Links.

All went very good.
A good experience
I hired City Link for an event in Virginia from NY and we had a fabulous time going and coming back. Driver Dave was really calm and cool and well manored. There was no stress at all. Thank you City Link for hiring good employees like Latoya and Dave who knows to treat their clients well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a bus.
Excellent Service
I was highly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the driver we received. The trip went very well and I will be using them for more family trips in the future.
