The bus was clean, comfortable and had the necessary amenities. A working bathroom would have been great, but wasn't necessary for our 3 hour trip. The driver was conscientious and safe. Overall, it was good service for a great price.

We chartered the bus for a 5-day tour of California coast. We were happy with the condition of the bus. It was clean and in good condition. It has reclining seats with arm rests and overhead storage. Microphone is available at the front of the bus. Nonetheless, the bus driver informed us the bathroom was not in working condition, but he would make stop at rest area on request. He is a seasoned professional Chinese bus driver. He arrived on time and was very cooperative. The group was very pleased with his services.

At first I was very skeptical of the company because the email I received seemed very unofficial and the sender seemed to not speak English fluently. However, Tom was pretty fast at replying emails and very flexible with my plans. The one thing I did not like particularly was the fact that there was never any official confirmation email or asking for payment. He really just said "ok" a week before and then when I asked how should I pay he just said "mail a check or give the money to the bus driver" I chose to give the money to the bus driver to be safe but never received an official receipt. The bus driver was excellent only after realizing he spoke Mandarin. I had to speak Mandarin to communicate any change of plans, and I had many changes. He was on time and easily reached with his phone number. He was very lenient about what we did on the bus, and not a stickler for rules. Overall pretty great first time experience.
