I hired Symbolic Coach Lines for wedding transportation. I received a number of quotes through a Busrates.com and all were competitive in terms of rates but I chose this company b/c the follow up discussion was attentive and accommodating to our needs. Leon (the owner or manager?) was great. He presented several options for our group and gave me his personal contact info for follow up . On the day of the event he was readily available by phone for questions. One of the 2 buses was a subcontract and the other was his main driver. No problem with either - both drivers were great. Very professional yet laid back experience. Would definitely use them again.

Leon, Dispatch and Owner as I understand it, was very responsive to my initial inquiries and and requests around services like pickup location, DVD playback, and slight schedule changes. His driver Jack, was a very kind and responsive man who worked with me to overcome our language barrier as he was learning English to make sure he understood where we wanted to go or what sort of requests we had inside the bus. Leon made sure to check on the service before, after, and during our chartered times. I would definitely recommend Symbolic Coach Lines to find a competitive deal with a staff that was concerned with the quality of their services.

This is a very poorly run company. I received a driver who had no idea of the area. I had to direct the entire trip which took me away from my group. On top of that the safety aspects were extremely poor and I have no idea how there hasn’t been a law suit. We broke most of the laws in the city in reference to busses, ran a few red lights and almost hit two pedestrians. The next group (we used them twice) the owner had to come
Because the driver didn’t speak English. Horrible service. My group only complained about the owner. They kept getting “lost” to run up the time card and then had the nerve to charge me for overtime! Will never use again and neither should you.

First time visiting Seattle and we could not have been happier with the high level service and wonderful friendliness! We stopped at Space Needle, Pike's Market, Museum of Flight, and many more. Our driver Howard could not have been sweeter or more helpful. Their service is exceptional and always on time. We would definitely recommend Symbolic Coach Lines, Inc to anyone visiting Seattle for their first time.
