Great experience!
We used Starfish transportation for 3 full days of sightseeing in Chicago. The driver was very courteous, and was exactly where we needed her to be, exactly WHEN we needed her. We changed our itinerary a couple of times, as we changed dinner venues, or adjusted pick-up times, etc. She accommodated us every time.
I would highly recommend Starfish school bus transportation!
Residency Event Success
Our experience with Starfish Transportation was excellent! The representative was very communicative and would accommodate to our changes. Our bus driver Carlos was warm, welcoming, and cordial. We felt very safe with his guidance.
Pricing is very reasonable. We were able to pay with credit card successfully.
The only concern I had was receiving a confirmation that our bus driver was on their way nor had any contact information from our rep (only an email). We did not know how to contact him at all until we called the company - which was also a difficult to find. The company was able to let us know that their driver was on their way.
We would definitely use this service again and hopefully Carlos will be our driver!
