Corporate Day Trip to Site for Large Group
I used this company to take a corporate team from downtown Calgary to a remote facility site in the morning, and for pick-up later that afternoon.
The service leading up to the day was prompt and well organized. The vendor was very polite and professional. The driver was intentional to confirm the pick-up locations and times and clearly communicated exactly where and when the bus will arrive, intending to arrive 15 minutes early at both pick-up locations.
The day-of, the bus arrived at the committed 15-minutes early time at the exact location. The drive to site was smooth and though the site was remote and involved gravel roads, there were no concerns getting there with zero delay. At end of day pick-up, the driver arrived at the committed 15-minutes early time. It was again a very smooth trip back. The day ran entirely to-schedule.
The driver was very professional, showed no urgency for a few stragglers loading onto the bus and knew exactly where to go.
Highly satisfied with the service and would use the vendor again.
