Wonderful and Very Kind Drivers
We were hosting an international conference and decided to offer transportation for the 2.5-hour trip to the conference site as an add-on for our conference attendees. The team was kind and accommodating for our complicated plans! Our attendees that took the shuttle all commented on how kind all of the drivers were and how pleasant the drive to the conference was! We did have some issues with communication between the main office, the drivers, and our staff. There were some of our shuttles that did not have a greeter at the airport and some did (which we were not aware of) which caused some confusion. But in the end we got it all figured out and had a great experience.
Excellent Service
From the pick up Friday night with Derrick, the driver to the changeover of drivers to Mr. Bill, this was most professional and pleasant experience had with a charter bus/limousine service. We felt cared for all 6 days of travel. Wonderful experienced driving through New York City. Also, we had chauffers, not bus drivers! The Setra S417 provided was excellent for the trip. Would recommend Rose Limousine Transportation to anyone for local and long distance travel!
Administrative Support Coordinator
Rose Limousine & Transportation provided a deluxe motor coach tour bus with restroom and PA system onboard; clean and well maintained. Driver was extremely professional, courteous, on time , excellent experienced driving & safety skills, knowledgeable about Charlotte area. Rose Limo office staff was extremely professional and courteous, best competitive prices, timely with every response to our questins, everything about our field trip tour was covered to make the trip an excellent experience for all.
