Didn't Like My Traveling Experience
I have traveled with many traveling companies, unfortunately I really didn't enjoy this company. The owner is very arrogant and uncompromising. I won't refer my friends or family. I highly don't recommend...
Great experience overall
Our bus driver, John, was an absolute delight, and was very communicative the whole time, which is just one less thing to worry about for a trip like ours (a high school senior trip to Disney World). The bus was mostly great, but the bathroom door kept flying open and we had to basically get it stuck in order to keep it closed. Also, the DVD system is the weirdest, most outdated thing, and it wouldn't play quite a few of the DVD's we had. One time it asked me for a password? So strange. And one tv screen was out. Otherwise, the bus was very comfy and spacious, and I would absolutely use MBF again, especially if we could have John as our driver!

Six Flags - Atlanta GA
A very enjoyable, stress free trip for 48 students and chaperones to Six Flags Over Georgia. Mr. Carr personally drove the charter. He was courteous and a true professional in all aspects. We provided a itinerary with all pertinent travel details. We arrived at every destination on time but most of all safely. I would use MBF Tours again for another trip and recommend MBF Tours to others.

MBF Tours & Travel business owner Mr. Carr is very unprofessional. Mr. Carr contracted our company to assist him in providing a service. Our company provided the service, we attempted to reach Mr. Carr by telephone for payment. Mr. Carr continously led us to believe that he was not paid for the services, when indeed he was. Mr. Carr has intentionally withheld payment for the services that were rendered. We feel that someone of the nature should not be in business, because when you contract someone and give them your word that you will pay them this is what is expected. Mr. Carr is a businessman and should understand what it feels like to provide services and not get paid for them. Honesty is always important!!! We are demanding payment for services that we provided. Unjust do not prosper!!
