Lewis Coaches is a wonderful partner for an event. Their vehicles are well maintained and clean! Their drivers are personable and prompt! The family owned business extends through management to the customer - I felt appreciated and respected as a customer.
Trip to Lafayette for playoff basketball game.
The driver was excellent and the bus was top of the line. Wifi and direct TV were an added plus. I really appreciate the service we received and I highly recommend this local company!!

Lewis Coaches, Inc. provided transportation for our group of 40+ supply chain professionals. We spent a day visiting one of our customers several hours away, going to an escape room for teambuilding, traveling back and forth to hotel for a break and a special dinner. The bus was perfect for us and driver Joe was very courteous and on time for all activities/timeframes/stops! I highly recommend Lewis Coaches, Inc. for any of your large group/corporate transportation needs.
Driver fantastic, administration not so great.
First of all, fantastic, professional driver. On time, polite, absolutely fantastic. However, we were overcharged on our private charter. I confirmed, over the phone and in writing, what the final cost would be. My credit card was charged a different amount then what was shown on the invoice. When I phoned to discuss, I was told it was a "credit card processing fee" of 3% that he "forgot" to include on the quote/invoice and that he was unable to reverse the charge. Not cool.
As the 3% fee resulted in only a small extra (about $30), I have given up on having them honor their original, all in price, and am instead trying to get them to at least send me a an updated receipt so I have some documentation to submit to our finance department. It has been three weeks, and I am finding communication has slowed drastically and instead of having my inquires answered quickly, I am having to phone/email multiple times.
I might recommend to a prospective user to ensure they have an all-in price including all fees and taxes, however, Lewis Stage did not honor the all in price they quoted me.
