Lamers' Day Trip
We recently used Lamers for a day trip from Madison to Milwaukee and nothing but good things to report! From a timely pick up to flexibility on the meetup for the trip back, we could not have asked more from the driver or the accommodations with our schedule. Well done!
Church @ The Springs June 2-4 Trip
We had 3 buses drive our students from Ocala to a church camp in Daytona, which was 1 1/2 hours to and then pick us up in Daytona and bring us back to church in Ocala.
The experience was great. They arrived at the meeting places on time. The drivers were very nice and listened to us. They were helpful to meeting our needs.
The buses were clean. We arrived at our destinations in a timely manner. It was a good experience and will be happy to recommend Lamer's to others.
Didn't fullfill contract
We used Lamers to transport our wedding party and hotel guests during the day. The beginning of the day transporting the wedding party was great. However, our contract was to also transport guests from the hotel to the reception, this never happened. We had over 40 guests need to take taxi's to get to our reception venue. When we called Lamers to go pick people up at the hotel they said they didn't see it in our contract and they sent the bus to the reception instead of the hotel. It was a huge disappointment. In the end Lamers refunded me for the hour they didn't work. No apology was given and this amount did not cover taxi costs for my guests. It's such a shame since the experience during the day went so well.
Bachlorette Party
I did not get a quote yet, so I am not sure how to rate it.
I requested a quote along time ago and now I am being aske to rate the company, well I guess I will wait to rate since I never received my quote, I got the itinerary but no quote.
