Frisco Coachline
We were looking for last minute travel plans for a group of 40.. We are happy to say that Frisco Coachline gave a competitive price. AZ and his team (drivers) customer service was excellent... The buses were clean and fresh. Overall, Our group liked the travel..We are looking forward to go with Frisco Coachline for our future trips..
horrible is an understatement
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in travel. My team used this company to travel to Virginia for the junior Olympics. 20 miles into the trip, the bus quit. Called the company to send a new bus they refused. In our week long trip, the bus stopped on us more than 20 times . In addition, it had no air, no WiFi, no working outlets and a horrible smelling lavatory. It has water leaking inside, TVs duct taped to the ceiling and the owner has an excuse for everything that is wrong in the bus. His own drivers were upset about the bus. One even quit. The owner wasn't answering calls from the driver or us customers because he didn't want to deal with all of our issues. You will be very disappointed if you use this company!
Save your time and money..
Frisco coach lines gave us horrible service the coach did not have air and the owner gave us a million excuses about why the air didn't work. The drivers are great people but the owners are scam artists, so my best advice to anyone would be to spend your money anywhere but this company.
College Road Trip to Arkansas
I really enjoyed working with As at Frisco Coachline. He was very responsive with detailed and accurate information. Our High School students had a great time on their trip, which was enhanced by the clean and roomy accommodations on the bus. They were able to watch movies and use their social media devices due to the wifi system on the bus. I am currently working with Frisco Coachline to book our next trip. Great Company. Highly recommend.

Awesome service and cheaper than other bus companies!
My experience with Frisco Coachline was great!! The customer service rep Az, was very personable and easy to work with! He was all about making it easy for you. I used them for our wedding and we had several shuttle times to my parents ranch and it all ran smoothly! I was very impressed that one of the bus drivers called me before and was driving to my parents to make sure he had the correct directions before he picked everyone up. The buses were very nice a clean too. I will be using Frisco Coachline again next time I need buses for an event.
