Our bus was clean and arrived on time. The driver was courteous and a good driver. There were no cup holders and the bathroom door was loose and didn't close well. There was one seat that the side cover was missing and it posed a possible injury hazard. Otherwise the seats were comfortable and it was a pleasant ride and experience. We will use All American again.

Excellent service!!! Our trip started off with the driver being on time. The driver was very polite, courteous, and helped all the elderly on and off the bus. Our luggage was packed away safely and we left before our departure time. The bus was very clean and smelled amazing. Thanks All American Coaches for taking care of us and for providing us with great service. We will absolutely use you again.

This bus company provided us with terrible service, poor quality, and questionable safety. Here are a few reasons why we would NEVER book them again:
1. The vehicle they promised us was a motor coach 2010, and the one they delivered was a 1999 model.
2. The driver did not get enough sleep before driving our students. On the way to our destination, he had to stop and get some coffee in order to wake up???? REALLY? We paid a lot of money ($3000) for the service and instead, we were given headaches all the way through. The driver told us that he drove until very late the night before so that he could make this trip. He was called in by the company at the last minute.
3. The driver was not given the proper itinerary even though they were given the itinerary more than once, way in advance.
4. We submitted our itinerary stating a boarding time for 5:30 a.m. in the morning. We emailed several times to triple check they had the time right. The evening before our departure, we were told they had our departure time from the boarding location at 5:30 p.m. They then had to scramble to find a driver.
5. The bus driver did not get to the boarding location until 5:10 a.m. Before leaving for our trip to Jekyll Island, he advised that he had to return to his hotel room and get his belongings.

We let them understand we were not happy with their service and the owner had the audacity to say that we should have rejected the bus once it arrived late and once we didn’t get what we paid for. We had over 60 children waiting to go to Jekyll Island, and there was no way we could get another bus at that late notice. Is this how you do business? Your workers are not professional, and we are very disappointed in the owner’s complete lack of interest in our complaint.

Driver complained the whole drive back from NC to GA.
Company did not clarify certain things even though they stated one thing.

Our church took the service of All American Coaches to visit Alabama. Bus was very neat and looked new. Driver Emmanuel was very good, helpful, accommodative and professional. Bus came on time. We are very happy with the service of All American coaches. The quote for the trip was very reasonable, cheaper than the market rate. We strongly recommend this company to others. We wish the office staff be little more responsive.
